If your business has multiple business units or portfolios, for example, different service lines, product suites, or divisions, you can create a dedicated portfolio dashboard for each one.
This lets Margo go deeper, building tailored messaging, customer profiles, and competitor insights for that specific part of your business.

Adding a portfolio in Margo is quick and straightforward.
1. Head to your Margo dashboard
Log into your Margo account and head to your Dashboard.
2. Select ‘Add a portfolio’
Click + Add a portfolio and tell Margo about the portfolio.
You’ll be asked whether the portfolio already has a landing page:
If it has a landing page or website
- Select “Yes, it has a website or landing page”
- Add your landing page URL
If you don’t have a landing page or website yet
- Select “No, it doesn’t have a website or landing page yet”
- Answer a few simple questions about your portfolio
No pressure here — you can:
- Keep it short
- Use bullet points
- Add rough notes
The more you share, the better Margo can support you, but even a little is enough to get started.
3. Let Margo do her thing
Once you’re done, Margo gets to work.

- You’ll get an email when everything’s ready
