Users and access
Yes. Go to Settings > Members to manage permissions and invite new users by email. Once invited, they’ll have access to the dashboard straight away. Bear in mind that while you can invite unlimited users, the number of editors is set by your subscription tier.
Yes, and we’d recommend it. If you’re an agency or a freelancer, a workspace per client keeps information organised and lets you manage access by account. If an account director only works on certain clients, you can make sure they only see those workspaces, keeping client work confidential. To manage access, go to Settings > Members within each client workspace and adjust viewer and editor permissions from there.
The number of editors scales with your subscription tier. The Starter tier (£99/month) includes 1 editor, the Team tier includes 3, and the Agency tier includes 5. If you need more, we can arrange a bespoke subscription. Viewers don’t count towards your limit. Every tier includes unlimited viewers.
If you’re an agency or a freelancer, you can free up the workspace for a new client at any time. Go to Settings > Company and select “Delete Company” to remove them and make that slot available again.
Editors can create, edit, and approve content in Margo. Viewers can see everything, but can’t make changes. This keeps your strategic information accurate and consistent. Only the people who should be shaping it can touch it.
