Cancellations
It depends on your billing. Monthly Margo subscribers can cancel at any time. Annual Margo subscribers are contracted for the full year.
If you’re an agency or freelancer, remember you can repurpose a workspace rather than cancel. Go to Settings > Company > Delete Company to remove a client and free up that workspace for someone new. Perfect for pitch prep.
We don’t offer refunds. That’s why we offer a free 7-day trial, so you can make sure Margo is the right fit before committing.
All data is deleted when you cancel, including your market analysis, competitor analysis, audience profiles, messaging frameworks, and plans. You can export your plans to Word documents before you go, but that’s the only export option available right now.
