Margo helps you identify and build out your target personas, so you can focus on the opportunities that matter most.
When you get started, Margo will automatically create a set of fully built personas based on her understanding of your target ICPs and the buying decision-making profile within those organisation types. These are designed to reflect your strongest potential buyers.
However, you may also want to explore additional personas — or add your own persona in Margo — and that’s easy to do.
1. Generate and explore personas
Head to:
Customers → Generate personas
From here, you can:
- Browse the list of suggested personas
- Select one to turn into a full profile
Once selected, Margo will automatically build out the full persona profile.
2. Add your own persona
If you don’t see what you’re looking for, you can add your own.
- Select Add known persona
- Enter a short description
Margo will take it from there, building out the full profile for you.
