Depending on your plan, you can invite other members to access your Margo dashboard. Only Administrators can add and invite new users.
1. Invite a new member
Head to:
Settings → Members → Invite company members
Then:
- Enter their email address
- Choose their role
- Click Send invitation
That’s it — they’ll get an email to join.
2. Assign a user role
You can assign different roles depending on how much access someone needs:
- Administrators
Can edit and approve all Margo information, invite members, create plans, and manage billing - Editors
Can edit and approve information, and create plans - Viewers
Can view information only (no edits)
