How to add new members in Margo


Depending on your plan, you can invite other members to access your Margo dashboard. Only Administrators can add and invite new users.


1. Invite a new member

Head to:
Settings → Members → Invite company members

Then:

  • Enter their email address
  • Choose their role
  • Click Send invitation

That’s it — they’ll get an email to join.


2. Assign a user role

You can assign different roles depending on how much access someone needs:

  • Administrators
    Can edit and approve all Margo information, invite members, create plans, and manage billing
  • Editors
    Can edit and approve information, and create plans
  • Viewers
    Can view information only (no edits)
