Margo helps you identify and build out your target contacts, so you can focus on the specific buyers that matter most.
When you get started, Margo will automatically create a set of fully built contact profiles based on her understanding of your target key accounts and the buying decision-making profile within those organisations. These are designed to reflect your strongest potential specific, real-life buyers.
However, you may also want to explore additional contacts — or add your own key contact in Margo — and that’s easy to do.
1. Generate and explore key contacts
Head to:
Key accounts → Generate contacts
From here, you can:
- Browse the list of suggested key contacts
- Select one to turn into a full profile
Once selected, Margo will automatically build out the full key contact profile.
2. Add your own key contact
If you don’t see what you’re looking for, you can add your own.
- Select Add known key contact
- Enter a short description
Margo will take it from there, building out the full profile for you.
