How to add a new key account in Margo


Margo helps you identify and build out your key accounts, organisations that match your ideal customer profiles and show in-market signals for what you offer.

When you get started, Margo will automatically create a set of fully built key account profiles based on her understanding of your ICPs.

You may also want to explore additional accounts — or add your own key account in Margo — and that’s easy to do.


1. Generate and explore key accounts

Head to:
Key accounts → Generate key accounts

From here, you can:

  • Browse the list of suggested accounts
  • Select one to turn into a full profile

Once selected, Margo will automatically:

  • Build out the full key account profile
  • Create associated key contacts (decision-makers in that organisation)

2. Add your own key account

If you don’t see what you’re looking for, you can add your own.

  • Select Add known key account
  • Enter a short description

Margo will take it from there, building out the full profile for you.
