Margo helps you identify and build out your ideal customer profiles (ICPs), so you can focus on the opportunities that matter most.
When you get started, Margo will automatically create a set of fully built ICPs based on her understanding of your business, market, and customers. These are designed to reflect your strongest commercial opportunities.
You may also want to explore additional audiences — or add your own ICPs — and that’s easy to do.
1. Generate and explore ICPs
Head to:
Customers → Generate ICPs
From here, you can:
- Browse the list of suggested ICPs
- Select one to turn into a full profile
Once selected, Margo will automatically:
- Build out the full ICP
- Create associated buying personas
- Identify relevant accounts and contacts
2. Add your own ICP
If you don’t see what you’re looking for, you can add your own.
- Select Add known ICP
- Enter a short description
Margo will take it from there, building out the full profile for you.
